  I grew up in Lachine and always thought this place was a pile of crap (sorry). Things have definitely changed and upgraded since I've last gone. Amazing new layout (may not be new but it's different than I remember from years ago), really awesome staff (young and old which appeals to all if you ask me), and had what I needed, plus suggestions and advice for the better option and even a better price!

  I never wanted to go to this store because I thought it would be over the top prices. They have separated bicycles for hard-core cyclists from the more family-friendly ones.

  Talked to your Dad the last time. I believe you were there on at least one occasion when i brought back my bike" Guru" with the new wheel with a trainer tire . I asked you to try it on a trainer. You saw the strain on the chain but said it was normal and recommended me not to use my outer gears. On my original wheel it worked fine on the trainer. Anyway like I said to your Dad and your staff there. It is not a question of money . The overall experience was painful. You lost track of my order. I had to call you numerous time ..waited for ever for a simple tune up and a new wheel . Finally you said my order was delivered to your neighbor addr (a simple tracking would have been nice ) . My wire was pinched with pliers. it held by a tread. Yes you changed it but that

  Friendly, prompt, and to the point. I felt my needs were taken care of and at reasonable prices, quite unlike other (nearby) shops. This shop has ensured my repeat patronage in the future.

  Great shop, good fair prices got a derailleur alignment and basic tuning on a new road bike .
